Participation programmes
Start at the stage that suits you and progress at your own pace. Moving between programmes is open to everyone.
The programme level determines activities and support. Membership category and governance rights are defined by the Charter.

Support and developing initiatives
For those invited by the association to lead projects, committees and areas of work.
Participation terms are discussed at a meeting. The programme level describes activities, while membership status is governed by the Charter. Each development programme is intended for participants with demonstrated expertise and a willingness to contribute to social and industry development. The association may decline progression where internal criteria are not met.

The Charter provides three membership categories. Moving to another programme does not itself confer a General Meeting vote or election to a Council or committee.
Members may leave at any time. Paid admission, membership and designated contributions are not refunded on withdrawal; outstanding contributions remain payable (Charter, sections 40.6 and 44.3).

No. It is a non-profit association. The Supervisory Board Chair holds public office as Moscow's Business Ombudsman, but the association is not a public authority and does not provide government services.

No. A meeting enquiry is not a membership application. You decide whether to join after getting to know us.
Yes. Progression usually follows 6–12 months of active participation with a coordinator or committee recommendation. A Red invitation follows demonstrated project leadership.
