Consent to Personal Data Processing

By completing a form on the website of the Association of Entrepreneurs Delovoe Sobranie or one of its projects (Women's Business Assembly, Youth Development Centre, Sport, Wellbeing Centre or Investment Development Centre) and ticking the consent checkbox, I freely, voluntarily and in my own interest consent to the processing of my personal data by the Association of Entrepreneurs Delovoe Sobranie (Tax ID 9702074850, state registration number 1257700128290, registered address: 10 Pushkaryov Lane, Apt. 22, Moscow, 107045, Russia; the Controller) on the following terms.

1. Processing purposes

1.1. Consider my enquiry, question or application, respond and contact me about it.

1.2. Consider my participation in the association, its projects and events, and invite me to a meeting at my request.

1.3. Record receipt of my consent.

This consent does not cover news or invitation mailing lists, which require separate consent.

2. Data categories

Name (including surname and patronymic if provided); phone number; email; company name, position, industry, team size and city; adult applicant's role, selected projects and preferred contact time for project forms; enquiry text; form submission date and time; and an irreversible hash of the IP address for protection against automated submissions.

3. Processing operations and methods

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating and amendment), retrieval, use, restriction, deletion and destruction. Processing uses both automated and manual methods, with transmission over the Internet. Data is not publicly disseminated or published.

4. Processing on behalf of the Controller

The Controller may engage website and data storage service providers under a processing agreement requiring confidentiality and compliance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ On Personal Data:

• a hosting provider in the Russian Federation to host the server;
• a contractor administering the website and enquiry database.

Data is stored on a server in the Russian Federation. No cross-border transfer is carried out. Staff notifications about new enquiries do not contain my personal data.

5. Consent duration and retention

5.1. Consent remains valid until the purposes are achieved, for no longer than 12 months after my last enquiry unless I become an association member or project participant.

5.2. If I become a member or participant, further processing in connection with membership or participation is governed by the relevant documents.

5.3. Records of this consent and its content (enquiry number, date, time, version, full text and checksum) are retained for three years after processing ends to allow the Controller to demonstrate receipt, under Article 9(3) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

6. Withdrawal and rights

6.1. I may withdraw consent by emailing info@delovoesobranie.ru or writing to the Controller's address. The Controller will stop processing and destroy the data within 30 days of receiving withdrawal under Article 21(5) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, unless another legal basis applies.

6.2. I may obtain information about processing and request correction, restriction or destruction of incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or unnecessary data under Article 14 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ. The Controller responds within 10 working days.

6.3. I confirm that I am 18 or older and provide my own contact details. An initial enquiry about a teenager's programme is submitted by an adult parent or legal representative without the teenager's name, date of birth or documents. Declaring a representative role does not verify authority. The teenager's data is requested separately once verification procedures and necessary consents are agreed.
